Customize Your Demographic Questions

Once you have registered your organization for the Hewitt Best Employers in Middle East 2009 study, you are able to customize demographic questions in the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS).

Your customized questions need to be submitted using the form below—at least three weeks prior to the date your survey period begins.

Customize Your Demographic Questions
The EOS contains standard demographic questions which cannot be changed as they will be used to benchmark your organization with other study participants. You are, however, able to add additional questions that are more specific to your organization. Click here to download a list of the standard demographic questions to avoid any duplication.

Please note: The EOS is circulated in both Arabic and English. We request you to provide us with the Arabic text for every question and answer choice below.

All Standard Participants are able to customize up to three demographic questions in the EOS with up to ten response options per question without any charge. Non-Standard Participants are able to customize two additional demographic questions (over and above the complimentary three) in the EOS with up to twenty response options per question. This can be done at an additional cost of US$100 for the fourth and fifth questions and US$100 for additional answer options per question. As you enter data in the fields below, the charges (if any) will be totaled at the bottom of this form.

Some example questions you may ask are:
  • What is your Business Unit/Division? (e.g. Finance, IT, Sales, etc.)
  • What is your location? (can be used if you have various locations in your market)
  • What is your job level?
