Study Options

The Hewitt Best Employers in Middle East study allows you to gain valuable insights and analysis into your organization.

Hewitt collects key data from your organization in order to create the list of Hewitt Best Employers. This data can also be used to generate meaningful analyses for the benefit of your organization.

Organizations can benefit from participation in the study by choosing their:

  1. Participation options; and
  2. Reporting options.
  1. Participation Options

    2. The Hewitt Best Employers in Middle East study has two participation options:

    • Standard Participation (free)—On-line administration of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) with three customizable demographic questions.
    • Non-Standard Participation (fees apply)—Mix of on-line and paper administration of the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) with up to two additional customizable demographic questions (in addition to the three free customizable questions in Standard Participation option).

  2. Reporting Options

    3. Based on the wealth of data collected, Hewitt can offer your organization a number of additional reports, of which four are complimentary for each participant.

Complimentary Reports:

  • Employee Positive Perception Report (EPPR)—Engagement scores and positive perception responses about the organization.
  • Employee Comments—Verbatim employee comments from the EOS.
  • Benchmark Report—Comparison of your EPPR to that of The Best and The Rest in the Middle East.
  • Middle East Regional Report—The Hewitt Best Employers in MIddle East 2009 report.

Paid Reports (options):

  • Employee Opinion Survey Analysis Report—Report containing employee positive perceptions for each demographic group, Industry benchmarking and Engagement driver impact models. This includes a full day 'Action Planning' workshop.
  • Hewitt Best Employer Organization Assessment Report—A complete organization assessment report containing analyses of all people practices, employee opinions and HR strategy. This includes a full day 'HR strategy articulation/revision' workshop
