

Results 2005
On April 20 in Puławska Financial Centre a conference was held concerning announcing results of Best Employers Study 2005 organized by Hewitt Associates. Presentation of these results ended this year edition of the study, conducted in Poland for the first time.
About participants
In Best Employers Study 2005 participated 22 companies, all-in 6 696 people who represented 23 927 employees. The study was based on the methodology applied by Hewitt Associates in many countries worldwide.
Results
Conferance was opened by Ted Marusarz - world-famous expert in managing emplyees' engagement. He presented his experiences from over 20 years cooperation with companies from America, Asia and West Europe within a confines of building a position of best employer and creating high performance organizational culture.
In the second part of the conference new HR trends, main challenges and the most effective pracices applied by best employers were presented.
Title of Best Employer 2005 as well as a trophy won following companies:

- Faurecia Fotele Samochodowe Sp. z o.o
- Pramerica Życie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji S.A.
Other participants which were qualified to the first 10 were given diplomas.
