The Best Employer Study will be conducted taking into account data protection rules.

The employee survey is completely anonymous. The online survey can be accessed and transmitted by any employee, from any computer with Internet access. The answering process does not allow identification of any participating individual. Demographic information gathered will be used for statistical purposes only. The electronic survey contains a section that explains the purpose for which the information will be used. Participants give their consent by transmitting the form.

We guarantee that all individuals who have been entrusted with the management of the Best Employer Study will keep any information they may have learned in the context of their work strictly confidential. The data will only be used for carrying out the study and will be anonymised in the overall evaluation of all participating businesses. During the data collection and evaluation periods, technical safety measures will be in place to protect the transmission of the information from any possible unauthorised access.
