How an engaged and aligned workforce can take businesses beyond survival to success in turbulent times

The Hewitt webseminar of 17 June 2009 discussed results from our recent comprehensive European Study, exploring how can companies continue to engage employees and encourage positive performance in turbulent times.

To understand the relationship further, we examined employee engagement, people practices and leader's viewpoint in 800 organizations across Europe. We provided workforce analytics and practical examples on how employees motivation and engagement is affected by the crisis. Besides Hewitt's senior leaders explaining the latest results and trends, we welcomed Stijn Nauwelaerts - CEE HR Director of Microsoft receiving a special recognition as a European Best Employer - who shared his best practices about creating trust in turbulent times.
