"Be more than a name on a list. Be a Best Employer."

Benchmarking. All participants, regardless of ranking, receive a complimentary online report that details their Employee Opinion Survey results and benchmarks them against those of the year's Best Employers. This report enables participants to gain a better understanding of what other employers are doing and what they might do better.

Early and In-Depth Analyses. Each participating organization can access, for a fee, Employee Opinion, Leadership Team and HR Survey results as early as September of each year. The level of detail rivals that of the most sophisticated custom employee opinion studies. Various reports are available. Please contact us at bestemployerscanada@hewitt.com for more information.

All of these reports can be available for the organization as a whole, by division, and by demographic breaks, depending on the size of sample and the pre-survey identification of divisions.

Consulting Assistance. Our consulting assistance is available, at a fee, to all participating organizations to help them chart a course of action for remaining or becoming a Best Employer. Our team of consultants has worked with many organizations that are on the journey to becoming a Best Employer and can help to translate the results of the survey analyses into short- and medium-term actions.

Annual Special Research Topic. Each year, we include questions in the survey instruments in order to gather information on a particular HR issue. Findings are made available to all participants. Check the Learn More section of this Web site for published results and opportunities to see a presentation.
