Hewitt will conduct a series of Learning Events across the region to share the findings from the Hewitt Best Employers in Asia 2009 study. The purpose of these events will be to ensure that all organizations learn from the practices of the Hewitt Best Employers. The judges have identified the Hewitt Best Employers are those organizations from whom all can learn in terms of how to build long-term sustainable businesses. They believe these are the organizations which will come out of this economic crisis stronger and more competitive. The learning events will be a key opportunity for you to gain key insights into how these organizations are dealing with the current crisis, what plans they have in place and how they are using people management practices to get them through this difficult year.
