2009 Reporting Process

The major benefit of participating in the Hewitt Best Employers study is that it allows you a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights and analysis into what is really going on in your organisation.

This year, Hewitt Best Employers is proud to launch a new online reporting tool designed to give you quick and simple access to your complimentary reports. It also allows you the flexibility to order additional reports to gain further insight into your data.

Reporting Process

• The participant survey administrator logs into the reporting site and downloads their complimentary reports and/or requests additional reports
• Once an additional reporting request is created, an email will be sent to the participant survey administrator, confirming both the type of reports and the cost of the reports that were ordered
• The participant survey administrator is responsible for responding to this email, confirming that they accept the cost involved for the reports that are on order, (please note that reports will only begin to generate once Hewitt has received this confirmation email from the participant survey administrator)
• Reports generally take 48 hours to generate, Please note that Hewitt may require more time to generate reports should the order be in excess of 10
• Hewitt will notify the participant survey administrator, via email, to inform that reports are ready to be downloaded, Reports will appear in the 'My Reports' menu of the reporting site

Narrative reports, linkage models and correlation analysis are not available for download via the reporting site. Once completed these reports will be sent directly to the participant survey administrator from Hewitt Associates.
