What's involved?
Participation in the 2009 Hewitt Best Employers in ANZ was AUD $4,365 / NZ $5,300 (+ country GST). 2010 Hewitt Best Employers in ANZ costs to be confirmed.
This includes:
- Administration of the Employee Opinion Survey (and People Practices Inventory and Audit if you complete these stages).
- Excel Participant Report — including your organisations' overall Engagement and satisfaction scores and benchmark scores.
- PowerPoint Participant Report — including our impact model analysis that identifies your priority areas for improvement, and Engagement results for your key demographic groups.
- Employee Comments Report — including your employees' verbatim response to the open comments questions.
- One–on–One Consulting — up to two hours of consulting for you to use at a time, and in a way, that suits you.
- Highlights Report — available in February 2010 and detailing key findings from the 2009 study.
- Media Pack — providing support and materials for Best Employers to make the most of their accredited status.
