
Welcome to Hewitt Best Employers in Australia and New Zealand Accreditation Process!
Over the past sixty years Hewitt has learnt a huge amount about organisations, their workforces and how well they manage performance in changing environments. As the world navigates with uncertainty through the current financial climate, organisations are under increasing pressure to deliver results, and all with greater operational efficiency. We believe now more than ever, leadership teams need to unlock the secrets to achieving superior business results through engaging employees.
To help in this journey we have decided to make the criteria for what makes a Best Employer more transparent and easier to understand. To do this we are moving to a Best Employer Accreditation Process where participants will know very clearly what they have to do to meet the standards required to be a Best Employer.
We will also be making the Accreditation Process more accessible to organisations by allowing them to undertake the process at a time that works best for them. Feedback from many past participants has suggested that increased flexibility around the timing of Best Employers would make it more helpful for individual organisations to incorporate the results into their respective business planning calendar.
We are excited about the changes being made and believe it will result in many more organisations across Australia and New Zealand participating, thereby providing more valuable data for participants to draw on and increasing the value of being identified as a Hewitt Best Employer.
