Confidentiality Policy

We understand that a major motivation for participating stems from a commitment to improving your business. As such, nominations are strictly confidential thus, Hewitt or our study partners don't publish the names of the organisations that participate—the exception is for those organisations organisations that are publicly recognised as a Hewitt Best Employer.

All data collected during the study will remain confidential. Hewitt does report aggregated data to the general public and does use the data for research purposes. Data from the organisations named Hewitt Best Employers will only be shared with publishing partners with the permission of the organisation involved.
